Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Recent events have demonstrated that systemic racism and discrimination continue to negatively impact so many individuals and communities in our world. We are seeing the importance of acknowledging the past, working to make things right in the present, and aligning on a much better future, free of the judgment, bias, disrespect, maltreatment, and hurt that have defined the experiences of so many.
The Current Solution
In light of all that is going on in the world, organizations in North America have urgently started to revamp their Diversity and Inclusion efforts. Unfortunately, many of the programs that leaders are drawing on were historically about checking a box for completion and compliance. There is increasing evidence that the checkbox approach to DE&I training has nearly zero effect.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are fundamental psychological needs in the workplace. If organizations do not address this properly, they will not be able to realize their organizational potential.
The opportunity exists to work with organizations that acknowledge a more strategic approach to DE&I in the workplace. Some of the strategies that can have an impact include:
- Establishing a DE&I approach that is in alignment with People & Culture Strategies.
- Developing a DE&I Committee that can hold the organization accountable to impactful initiatives.
- Deciding on how to measure DE&I through quantitative and qualitative organizational surveys and different HR metrics.
- Taking the organization through reflective, personally impactful, and immediately applicable DE&I training.
Our program duration is customizable and can run for any length of time between 6 months and 3 years. Our program offers a systematic and holistic approach to integrating DE&I Strategy & Measurement, DE&I Training, and DE&I Coaching into the workplace.

At the end of the day, you just ask yourself, “How did our vision and values influence decisions I made today?” If they did not, then they are pretty much BS.PETER SENGE, THE FIFTH DISCIPLINE
