Executive Coaching
Become a Maslow Certified Executive COACH
Our approach to Executive Coaching builds on leadership coaching and culture coaching modules and further continues the coaching journey to unleash the strategic potential of organizations through executive coaching.
Our program is highly practical, using real case studies to help participants improve their strategic understanding and build stronger empathy and connection with executive leadership. Participants will gain a strategic understanding of the expectations on executives, including the language and the experience of being an executive. We review best practices from Executive Coaches and, also, understand the world of C-level leadership by directly learning from their experiences on being coached. We also work on courageous coaching: building strong, daring coaching presence, skills and approach. Participants will find clarity in who they are as coaches and what they are coaching towards.
Qualified participants who complete Module 4, including all required assignments and other accountabilities associated with anchoring the learning, will become Maslow Certified Executive Coaches (MCEC).
“We exist to change the 21st-century leadership and organizational paradigm. Our primary approach to realizing this vision is through our Executive Coaching Certification program. Our Executive Coaches are purpose-driven corporate influencers, change agents helping us move towards a better world.
